What this notice covers

This notice covers everything published on easikin.com, and the way it is gathered and arranged as well as each piece on its own:

• The written content on every page
• The design and the layout of the site
• Illustrations and photography
• Screenshots and recordings of the app
• Video and audio
• The guidance and checklists shown inside the product
• The site's own code

Trade marks

The Easikin name and the Easikin logos are ours. Do not use either without our written permission, and do not present them in a way that suggests we have endorsed you, your product or your organisation.

Other companies' names and logos that appear here — including the products in the SilverGuard family — stay the property of their owners, whether or not a trade mark symbol is shown.

What you may do

You do not need to ask us before doing any of the following:

• Read any page, and link to any page from your own site, newsletter or report.
• Quote a short passage, with attribution and a link back to the page it came from.
• Print a page, or save one copy, for personal non-commercial reference.
• Use the material in teaching or in reporting, with attribution.

What you may not do

Everything else needs our written permission. In particular, do not:

• Republish a substantial part of this site in any form, including a translation or a rewritten version.
• Use any of it commercially — in a paid product, a paid course, an advertisement or client work.
• Modify it, or build derivative works from it.
• Remove or obscure a copyright notice, a trade mark notice or an attribution.
• Copy the illustrations or the photography into your own site, deck or app.
• Harvest the site at scale with a crawler, a scraper or an automated agent.
• Use our text, images or screenshots to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.
• Imply that we endorse you, your product or your organisation.

Third-party material and open source

The site is built on open-source software, typefaces and icons, each under its own licence, and those licences still apply to those parts. Everything else here that belongs to someone else — images, logos, quotations — stays the property of its owner.

This notice does not override any of those licences or permissions. Where a licence and this page disagree, the licence wins for the material it covers.

What you send us

Messages you send us, entries in our forms, testimonial quotes and feedback stay yours. By sending them you allow us to publish and quote them — on this site, in the app, or in material about Easikin — and to edit them for length and clarity without changing what you said.

Personal data in what you send us is handled under our privacy terms. To ask for them, or to ask what we hold about you, write to info@easikin.com.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something on easikin.com infringes your rights, write to info@easikin.com. We acknowledge every report within 3 business days.

Please include:

• The work you say is yours, and where it was first published
• The URL on easikin.com where you found it
• Your name, and an address we can reach you at
• A statement that you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner

We review the page, then remove the material or leave it in place and tell you why. If we remove something, we also tell the person who put it there.

Permission requests

For press use, licensing, translation or any commercial reuse, write to info@easikin.com and tell us what you want to do, where it would appear and for how long. We reply within 5 business days.

A licence exists only once we have granted it in writing. A reply that says we will consider a request is not permission.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and a dispute about it is dealt with by the courts of Hong Kong. If any part of this notice cannot be enforced, the rest of it stays in force.
